Join us at Ahlara International on Saturday, September 27th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM for the Fall installment of our empowering Be Your Own Hero Self-Defense Series with Michael Moran — a 5th-degree Blackbelt and Tactical Self-Defense instructor with decades of experience.

This quarterly series covers foundational self-defense strategies while diving into new topics each session. Whether this is your first class or you're returning to build your skills, each event is designed to meet you where you are and expand your confidence, awareness, and self-protection abilities.

What to Wear & Bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, or shorts).
Supportive sneakers (avoid sandals, heels, or open-toed shoes).
Minimal jewelry (to prevent injury or snagging).
